Can you believe it’s already the holiday season? I guess from the looks of it, it starts immediately after Halloween these days. And I can already feel my shoulders creeping up towards my ears. Hello! Welcome to November. I hope you had a fun Halloween! I keep trying to hide the excess candy until my kids forget about it so I can safely dispose of it. Of course, only after I’m certain all the Twix are gone. 😉 If you found yourself indulging on more candy than planned, know that your body will be craving more in these days after. We just wrapped the 21-Day LEAN FOR LIFE Masterclass and it always makes me feel pretty amazing. We get our bodies off the sugar rollercoaster and on to cleaner fuel. I feel more energy, sleep better and have a clearer mind. Oh, and my clothes fit better too. But the best part is doing it with such a great group of women (and a few good men!).
