Okay, on to this week’s recipe roundup. Being that Thanksgiving is next week already, I’ve included some great options for your turkey dinner. Soups, sides and post-dinner options.

Seems to me it would be a refreshing addition to all of the warm, cooked foods too.
And this not only looks to die for, but an easy side option for your turkey dinner.
I made this the other day and wow…it is so delicious!
I mean, you can add beans if you want to make it a bit heartier. Or, drain some liquid and use the meat in your taco bowl. Or do like I did and top it with a big ‘ol dollop of daisy and scarf it down.
Add in steamed veggies or leftover shredded turkey or chicken if you want a full meal. I thought it was perfect as is.
I also started cooking it in the microwave to save time. Came together in 30 minutes!
PREVENTIONISTA’S TIP: Always use the highest quality ingredients. This includes:
• organic, as much as possible
• wild-caught fish and seafood
• free-range, organic eggs and poultry
• grass-fed beef
